Mort Weisinger was the editor, and the cover was pencilled by Curt Swan, inked by Stan Kaye and lettered by Ira Schnapp. It featured the issue's second and final story. Kurt Schaffenberger drew both stories.

- WHEN SUPERMAN ABANDONED LOIS LANE (8 pgs.), writer unknown.
